Depot is a Class I
steroid working well at the androgen receptor but which apparently is ineffective in non-AR-mediated anabolic effects. It is most closely compared to
Deca Durabolin, requiring a little higher dosage to achieve the same anabolic effect, but since it is pleasant to use at doses considerably higher than what is pleasant for nandrolone esters, it can achieve higher maximal effectiveness. 400 mg/week should be considered a reasonable minimum dose.
It appears to cause less inhibition than Deca or
testosterone for any given degree of anabolic effect, perhaps because of low CNS activity, lack of conversion to DHT, and lack of aromatization to estrogen. Unlike Deca, it is not metabolically deactivated by 5a-reductase and therefore is not as kind to the skin and hair as that drug. However, when used by itself at modest doses, by suppressing natural testosterone and DHT production, it can improve skin relative to using no
anabolic steroids at all.
The drug is particularly excellent for use as the last injectable used in a cycle, since for any given anabolic effect it gives much less inhibition than other steroids such as testosterone, nandrolone, or
trenbolone. Therefore, residual levels of Primobolan can allow recovery in the taper while still offering useful anti-catabolic or even anabolic support.

The unfortunate truth about injectable Primobolan is that it´s a very expensive drug to obtain in its' raw form, and it's price is reflected in the cost to the average consumer. Ten dollars to 12 dollaers per 1ml/100mg ampule is not unheard of, and it does go for more. This is, of course, absurd. As if that´s not enough, this is also the most commonly counterfeited steroids on the black market. I recommend buying Primobolan from a respected Underground lab (or Thai Phoenix) instead of trying to play a game of "spot the fake steroid" in Mexico or Europe. The underground versions should cost between $10-12 for 100mgs of Methenolone and I wouldn´t really consider paying more for it, although I have seen the
Thai Phoenix version of this product priced up to $20/ml.

Primobolan’s anabolic and androgenic is pretty weak but is
rated stronger than Masteron (Drostanolone). It is very useful as both an
anabolic as well as catabolic agent, due to its ability to increase nitrogen
retention. Primobolan also has a high ability to bind to the Androgen Receptor,
which surprisingly is actually higher than Testosterone’s ability. For this
reason, Primobolan is considered a good fat burner- although most
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) derivations are very potent fat burners (aside from
the aforementioned exception being Anadrol). It is not usually a choice for
bulking cycles.
Primobolan has been used medically to reduce breast tumors; therefore, it is
obvious that no Anti-Estrogen products are necessary with its use. A very common
side effect of Primo is Alopecia, so the use of anti-hair-loss products such as
Finasteride, Dutesteride, have been recommended as an addition to a cycle.
Primo is often chosen for female cycles with good result. Its not often found in
make cycles due to the fact that is fairly expensive and a lot is needed to see
(not quite impressive) results in males. The same results can be obtained more
easily with much less of a cheaper compound.
Primobolan is one of the very few compounds available as both an oral as well as
an injectable version. It is recommended for males to take around 100mgs per day
and women to take at least 10mgs every day.
Both versions, oral and injectable versions, are available on the black market.
